What pulls a Holiday look together? Is it the right pair of heels, a sparkly clutch or maybe some cute jewelry? Well..., if I had to name that one key ingredient, that perfect finishing touch, I'd say that nothing completes a great Holiday look quite like the right make up! No, really! Does a smoking jacket paired with slim trousers and stiletto heels make the same impact without that perfect red pout?     Or a little black dress sans the classic cat eyeliner... Cute and pretty?
