New York fashion week has come and gone, and if I were to sum up what we've seen on the runways, the word exciting is one of the first ones that comes to mind. Though Spring 2016 runways offered a variety of trends and ideas, what struck a particular cord with me were the continues references to my beloved 70s. And so, I would like to take this opportunity to talk a little bit about a few of my favorite trends and how you can incorporate them in your wardrobe right now. Crochet! Sure, crochet may not be the first thing that comes to mind when you think about your fall wardrobe. And yet given that 70s continue to rule the runways, crochet definitely feels right paired with flared jeans , a-line skirts and suede. One of the ways you can introduce this trend into your fall wardrobe is by pairing a crochet detailed blouse with a 70s inspired bottom, such as wide-legged pant or a button-front skirt for example.
