INTO THE BLUE

Image
For the most part, I don't have allegiances to specific labels. I like a little bit of everything and my obsessions often vary from season to season. That is with one major exception! That exception is of course Isabel Marant. As of right now, I've loved every single piece from every collection since I've discovered the brand some years ago. Cool, chic, a little edgy and a little bohemian, if I had to wear nothing but Isabel Marant for the rest of my life, I'd be a happy girl indeed!:) What about you guys, do you have a digester you're completely obsessed with? TERRACOTTA

This pretty terracotta-colored jumpsuit takes comfort to a whole new level! If I could spend the rest of summer wearing just the one thing, this would be it! Aside from comfort, color and overall fit, what I love about this one is the fact that it virtually doesn't wrinkle. Sure it sounds a bit mundane, I mean who cares about a few wrinkles, and yet... I do:) There were so many times I got into my car in the morning, looking completely presentable, and arrived to an important meeting looking like a wrinkled mess! But in this jumpsuit I can sit, slouch or even twist myself into a pretzel if I wanted to without being afraid of those pesky little wrinkles! And in my book, that is always a good thing:)!  H&M jumpsuit { similar here & here } |  CHLOE Mini Drew shoulder bag thanks to Barneys { in cream  here  } |  ISABEL MARANT ear cuff & snake   bracelet   |  DELFINA DELETTREZ   eye piercing  earring  |  PRADA   C...

FESTIVAL BOUND

Image
For me, dressing up has always been a big reason why I love festival season so much. Though most of the time, cute and fun is what I aim for when I style my festival looks, as of lately, practicality and wearability also started to gain momentum. So, say studded fringed leather pants sound good in theory yet in reality, stretchy leather and blazing desert heat don't mix very well ( and yes, I did actually make this mistake ). And so, through a long process of trial and error, I've come up with a few festival favorites sure to keep you looking cute yet comfy no matter how hot the weather gets! DENIM SHORTS: Always cute, always comfy, denim shorts look good with just about anything from bikini tops to flowy blouses. The high waisted pair from EXPRESS I am wearing in today's  post is a current favorite. First, I've always been obsessed with destroyed denim and this pair has just the right amount of distressing and second, I am really loving the high-waisted shorts croppe...

A POP OF RED

Image
If I had to describe 3 items I cannot picture my wardrobe without, distressed jeans, leather jacket ( preferable studded and studded a lot ) and killer boots would be right at the top of that list. Though I certainly like to experiment with my style, because as we all know, trying something new feels refreshing, it's the combination of the three mentioned above, that makes me feel, well... like me the most. And of course, given mine, yours and everyone's propensity for wearing what we like over and over again, the jacket, jeans and boots combo is always in heavy rotation. Yet, as much as those three ingredients stay the same, what does change are the accessories.  A huge accessory believer ( or basically a junky, if we're gonna be honest here ), I think that the right accessory like a pair of sunnies, a cute hat or an insanely cool looking evil eye scarf, can give an outfit a completely different feel, vibe and genre:). The scarf is a separate story. Since I am having a...
