PASTEL PLAYSUIT

Image
Yet another one of my outfits comprised entirely of old and new favorites! These snake-print Aquazzura heels and Marc Jacobs Trouble bag made countless appearances on this blog before and realistically speaking, will continue to make even more:) Though I am not a fan of matching my shoes and bags, I do love it when they happen to go together and this pair, is what I would call a match made in heaven:) Aside from the fact that they are basically made for each other, the reason I love them so much is because they are a perfect example of those dressed up neutrals I am so fond of. Their ability to complete any pastel ensemble is just astounding... and of course you know how I feel about pieces with special details like lacing, metal chains and straps... The playsuit is new, I got it just last week and our bond is growing rapidly:)! Love absolutely everything about it, from the prettiest, softest shade of pink, to the uber sophisticated combination of long sleeves and high neck! So chic, y...

AFTERNOON TEA AT THE LANGHAM PASADENA

And so the dress craze continues... My latest obsession, this lovely pink trapeze number from Paul & Joe Sister. The color and side pockets alone would have been enough to make me absolutely crazy for this dress, but the low-cut, gathered back is precisely the kind of detail that makes this dress one of my all-time favorites:) Perfectly demure from the front, with a bit of sexy detailing in the back... Love that! FEELING BLUE

Currently find myself completely obsessed with these high-waisted shorts... So good paired with lace yet equally interesting with more casual options like a simple white tee or button-down. In essence, another one of those items that can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion. And of course you know how much I enjoy that... :) PAUL & JOE cotton-silk high-waisted shorts  & lace top |  AQUAZZURA  Saharienne  sandals   |  MARC JACOBS suede  Trouble bag    |  ESTELLE DEVE Dawn  ring set  & Ilona  ring set   | GOLD PHILOSOPHY solar ring & milky way ring

TAUPE TRENCH

Image
I've been practically living in this trench coat lately trying to stay warm in LA's cooler temperatures. Honestly, I don't know what it is lately, but the weather just can't seem to make up it's mind. Hot and sunny one day, doom and gloom the next. Normally, I would just reach for a sweater or a leather jacket when it gets like this, but lately, I've become a huge fan of a trench coat, for it's definitely a cozier, and in many ways warmer option.  Love this particular one I found at All Saints because of the slightly slouchier, softer silhouette. You know how much I love versatility, and this one works with just about anything from dresses, to jeans and denim cutoffs. I've even warn it for cocktails the other day pairing it with a fitted pencil skirt and a pair of heels and loved the way it looked! And when you find something that works day and night and looks good with essentially everything in your closet, you know it's a keeper:)  ALL SAINTS Hace ...
